How to actually use Physics past papers
Most students treat past papers as a way to test themselves right before the exam. Used that way, they're a measurement tool — useful, but limited.
Used earlier and more deliberately, past papers become a map of exactly what Cambridge tends to ask, how it phrases questions, and where marks are actually awarded in the mark scheme.
Work through papers by topic first, not by year. After each attempt, compare your answer to the mark scheme line by line — not just to check if you got it right, but to see exactly which phrase or step earned the mark.
Keep a running list of the mistakes you repeat across papers. That list, not the papers themselves, is what you should be revising in the final two weeks before the exam.
